Sign Up: Once receiving invitation sign up link from landlord, tenants can easily set up their new account on apartments.com following the steps provided.
Log In: Log in to tenant profile and submit payments online to landlord by selecting 'Payments' link
All non emergency maintenance issues must be reported via apartments.com within 7 days of issue discovered as per lease agreement. Tenant is responsible for reporting issues to be resolved. If issues are not reported in a timely manner tenant will be held liable for all costs of maintenance issues.
All emergency maintenance requests must be submitted within 24 hours via apartments.com or you can call the emergency business line at 404-673-4811 as per lease agreement.
Select 'Maintenance' after logging into apartments.com tenant portal to submit requests. Get updates about your repair progress from start to finish.
